This is a full-time position located on-site in Yakima, Washington.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with reviewing, planning, and executing projects under the direction of the Project Managers.
• Assist with monitoring and tracking changes to projects.
• Assist with project scheduling.
• Assist with project budgeting.
• Communicate daily with Project Managers to provide a seamless flow of information to meet project goals.
• Assist with reviewing and tracking request for information (RFI) and product submittal documentation.
• Assist with project take offs and executing the ordering of materials.
• Assist managing and scheduling subcontractors.
• Occasional travel to projects will be required.

​Required Skillset:

• Knowledge of Sketch Up or Revit is a requirement.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD is a plus.
• Ability to read plans and estimate materials.
• Organized and high attention to detail.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies.
• Must be able to multitask.
